A circular entrance hall with domed ceiling lets in the natural sunlight and leads to an attractive, partly double-height, open plan living area. This is a great design for families, as the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas are all on one level. Timber stairs lead up to a small gallery with a semi-circular seating area and out to a large roof terrace for private sunbathing or stargazing. The terrace enjoys sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. Accommodation includes three double bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, and with the added availability of a shared bathroom. Double doors lead from the living area and two of the bedrooms onto the terracotta pool terrace, ideal for al fresco dining.

The villa, pool terrace and pool are all on ground level and fully accessible for wheelchair access. The gallery and roof terrace are accessed via an open-tread timber stairway.
